ColourPicker fixes in support of the ColourDbox
A selection of fixes for problems identified by the Toolbox bounty hunter while working on ColourDbox. The Picker module is provided as a softloading component as part of PlingSystem (and in ROM for RISC OS 5) so fixing the issues at source avoids needing elaborate workarounds in the Toolbox.
