Rebuild programmers to accomodate use of BASICTxt filetype
Detail: ROOL's preference is to use filetype BASICTxt for basic programs. Programs launched this way cannot use the LIBRARY command on files of type BASICTxt. The programmers have been rearranged to avoid this. Also another little App is added to bind the rom image and insert it into each programmer.
