Detail:

  * Sprite "gright" exchanged for a new version that complements the
    Bethany user-interface.

  * Sprites "ot_country" and "ot_country2" added to support the Language
    options screens available in Bethany.

    (Note that the log message for LazarusUI 0.59.1.60.2.1 was incorrect
    in that the sprites live within the WIMP sprite file and NOT within
    NCFresco.)

Admin:

  * Tested within a softloaded NCFresco (Lazarus variant) on an RPC with
    the Bethany user-interface resources.
