Detail: * Corrected and added documentation at head of file * Now defines an "all" target * DIRS now has a default value (i.e. behaviour now matches the other shared makefiles) freeing the master makefile from needing to specify platform- specific paths * Added cross-compilation version Admin: Tested by cross-compiling the BASIC module Version 6.49.
