Added separate Dcroat glyph to core fonts. Used to be unified with Eth, but the Adobe Glyph List gives it a separate name. We really need to improve the

Font Manager's mapping schemes.

Latin7 and Latin8 added.
Greek and Hebrew extended as per latest ISO 8859 revisions.

Note that Latin8 will not work correctly with Unicode Font Managers prior
to 3.47.

Undefined character 0 offset fixed in outlines (T1ToFont bug).
Idotaccent, Gbreve, gbreve, Scedilla and scedilla added to Book weight,
as we want to do Turkish on the Lazarus box. (Only the Book weight is

Makefile changed to look at USERIF instead of SYSTEM; builds updating will
probably need to create a new Config file.
