Updated some CMOS default settings for 'CortexA9' builds

Detail:
  default SCSIFSDrive to 4, and both FontMax and FontSize to their
  max values. (the machines in question have a min of 512Meg of ram -
  being miserly with font caches is unhelpful)
Admin:
  tested on iMx6
