    Added new build variant, which is the same as before, but swaps blue and
red. Sigh. Stopped STBUZ toggling.

  * Changes applied to version 5.35.4.79.2.29 merged into 5.35.4.79.2.25
    because the former fails to boot.

Admin:

  * For use in Customer M demonstration builds only, until such time when the
    problem in the newer Kernel/HAL combination is identified and solved.

  * Changes already made in later versions of the HAL, so THESE CHANGES
    DO NOT NECESSITATE A MERGE.

  Maths was wrong.  The returned baud rate is the crystal frequency divided
by the divisor.

      An attempt to do NVMemory by using part of the Flash that the OS is sitting
in for Customer L. Programming algorithm works, but I'm not confident that the
Kernel does the right thing yet.
