`Artistic` and `Copying` should be in `Resources`
Artistic and Copying should be in Resources where the makefile expect them, but CVS history has been rewritten (before conversion to Git) to move them to the top level.
Compare a copy I made of the CVS repository in November 2018, with it's current state.
Suggested fix:
git filter-branch --tree-filter 'mv Artistic Copying Resources' -- --all
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
