Modifications for STB400 project. After discussiosn wtih KBracey it was decided to build the STB Baseline !Fonts directory from ROMFonts rather than Sources/SystemRes/Fonts. * Added install: target to allow disc builds. * Expects the config file to be Config/DiscBuilds/<UserIF> * Existing behaviour unaffected. Version 0.40. Tagged as 'ROMFonts-0_40'
