Avoid modifying version controlled files.

  • Clean maketables/mk dependencies.
  • Create Palettes and Tables directories.
  • Delete Palettes and Tables when cleaning, not just contents.
  • Replace multiple .gitignore files with single file.

.gitignore assumes RiscOS/Env!4
