Greatly enhance monitor compatibility
Detail: The OMAPHDMI driver doesn't configure the registers which define the values sent in HDMI InfoFrames, but was enabling the flag to transmit them to the sink (monitor). In testing, a majority of brands of monitors interpret these unset values and fail to display an image. Turn off InfoFrame transmission. Also fix an out-by-one error in the H/V blanking registers.
