THICK_WRITABLE_BORDERS macro introduced to control thick borders on writable gadgets (surprisingly). Detail: Validation string for icons implementing writable gadgets now contains "Pptr_write;R5;C//0/0/0/0" if THICK_WRITABLE_BORDERS is defined. This should alleviate flicker on STB3.
