Added comments to the bits that I fixed in c/TextArea and c/TextMan in preparation for eventual merging to the trunk.

Improved textarea's handling of low memory conditions.  Should now act in a slightly better way when it uses up all available memory.

Manually merge in v0.06 bugfixes from Spinner branch, add CLR functionality and tilde support, reinstate region select, and explicitly disallow Ctrl-I (tab support is not functional in TextGadget anyway).

Made a single, unified Makefile.  myswis.h renamed to ModHdr.h so that it can be automatically generated by CMHG.  Changed DAYTONA_BUILD flag to Daytona_BUILD so that it can be automatically defined in the Makefile using the build environment's System variable (called ${SYSTEM} in Makefiles).

Fixed a couple of data aborts, made all gadgets not quit if tasks are still using them and freed all memory when they do quit.

(TextGadget, etc.) and the makefiles to complete the Java ROM build
under RiscOS.
