Fix operation in low-res screen modes

Detail:
  Resources/BootApps/UK/Res,fae, Resources/BootBoot/UK/Res,fae, Resources/UK/BootRun/UK/Res,fae - Moved initial position of main window & pane to left edge of screen. This fixes a problem where, if the screen width is less than the initial max X pos of the main window, the window will be moved to be on screen before the carefully pre-positioned pane gets linked to it, causing the pane to become out of place.
Admin:
  Tested in 640x480 screen mode
