Cross-compilable (HAL branch)
Detail:
- Rewrite makefile to use shared makefiles (requires splitting off into sub-makefiles because there are both app and module targets)
- Alter to support assembly with objasm, not just aasm
- Enable GitLab CI
- Consolidate and complete .gitignore
