Now uses OS_ReadSysInfo 6 to get the address of the domain id. Put the throwback subreasons into the exported constants. Remove more of the hardwired constants. Remove all occurences of LDMFD r13! {lr and pc together} cos ARM have deprecated it. Version 1.68. Tagged as 'DDEUtils-1_68'3a7f1161
