Added Colemak (UK) keyboard layout and some Swedish l10n

Detail: Added Colemak where pertinent (requires corresponding change in IntKey) Added some Swedish help text

Admin: Tested on IOMDHAL under RPCEmu and BCM2835 on Pi 3B and 1.
