Detail:

  * South Africa utilises a standard USA layout.  IntKey now recognises
    this, and supports "*Keyboard SAfrica".

  * New layout DrawFile created that describes the South African layout.

  * StripDepnd support added to makefile.

Admin:

  * Assembled and tested on RPC.
