Ensure usbd_get_string() always returns a valid char*
Detail: Included here for clarity. This is also part of MR!15, which should preferentially be merged.
Several exits from usbd_get_string() returned NULL rather than a valid char * to a null string. This could lead to corrupted string display with devices that had the UQ_NO_STRINGS quirk set.
