	Inclusion of Mods to c.ehci (from Dan) to correctly handle low
	speed interrupt devices beyond USB2 hubs (i.e. keyboards and mice).
	Mod to EHCI resetting in service call handler to better cope with
	USBDriver being restarted 'underneath' it.
