Modification to work with isochronous transfers

Detail: cmodule.c, dwc_otg_riscos.c, dwc_otg_riscos.h, softc_device.c - modified to allow isochronous xfers. modhead.cmhg - mark module as isochronous.

Admin: Tested on pi b+ and pi 4
