Bug fix applied to function CopyBuffer().  The nature of the bug explains why it may not have shown up previously.  The culprit was unsigned int mask = (1 << length) - 1; with attached comment, will be -1 for length >= 32.  This relies on undefined behaviour (Kelley & Pohl p. 250).  The

ARM produces values other than -1 at length 256 as shown by test code
below.
