Detail:
- Makefile changed to use CModule shared makefile in order to fix issues with exported filename generation and utilise its new ASM2TXT feature to simplify autogeneration of the ADFSErr header files.
- Full set of symlinks created.
- Lose explicit Hdr: prefixes to headers, rely on makefiles to set up path.
- Fix GET directives for case-sensitive filesystems.
