Style Guide/sync up with Edit
Rename 'Save options' to 'Save choices' per Style Guide p91, move 'Create' up above 'Options' to match Edit. Update fallback built in text to match those from UK Messages. Be less specific in the "Unable to open..." errors to cover both searched places.
