Detail: The vertical position of rests can now be set. As a consequence of this, you can now also put more than one rest on the same vertical column on a stave. A longstanding redraw bug has been fixed, meaning that multi-part scores shouldn't experience corruption when notes/rests are added or deleted in multi-part staves.
