Two minor changes.

  * Adjusted !Common to look for !gcc2_95_4 rather than !gcc - we may need
    to use more up-to-date GCC distributions in future, and they will be
    imported separately.
  * Created BuildHost Env file - currently a copy of the others, since all
    current builds target the Iyonix.
  Tested in a build.
