Detail:
  message_PREQUIT has become message_PRE_QUIT in OSLib 6.  This module
    now detects the non-definition of message_PREQUIT and defines it
    to be message_PRE_QUIT itself.
Admin:
  Will allow builds with either OSLib 4 or 6.
