Enable RTCSupport for M_ARM11ZF

  hdr/Machine/Machine - Enabled RTCSupport for M_ARM11ZF. Required for any IIC-attached RTC on the Raspberry Pi to be picked up by the kernel.
  Untested locally, but reported working by Dave Higton

Version 2.14. Tagged as 'HdrSrc-2_14'
