Isochronous
This branch contains work done to permit isochronous audio to be played to a USB audio device. The work diverges from the master sources but ideally should be kept within the main GIT to avoid unneeded fragmentation of the source code base, and to simplify synchronisation. Most of the changes are additional code. This represents work done by Colin Granville and J Ballance
