Alarm was reading the DST flag on startup, and saving that value whenever its own settings were saved, not accounting for the fact that they may have changed in between (eg. by reconfiguring the machine). Delete that logic, just preserve the DST bit across the 1 place the CMOS is written. Fix for ticket #409. Version 2.88. Tagged as 'Alarm-2_88'
